I hope this restaurant makes the necessary improvements.The free Red’s Tavern Double® burger is redeemable on Veterans Day for dine-in only. The lack of quality food, unsanitary restroom/dining area and poorly trained staff all fall on his responsibility. I asked if I could just leave since I didn't touch the food and did just that. The potato chips were tough and obviously reheated or left out for some time. I received my burger well done with welted lettuce stuck to the bun. I asked for medium rare, she politely accepted my request. I ordered a burger and the server asked how pink I would like the inside. He was rinsing them and soap dripped off of a few of the glasses as he turned them over to dry. that someone would be wiping down the bar soon. The sunlight shinning across the bar exposed the grime left by recent patrons. The bar was filthy with food crumbs and grease. MoreĪpproached the bar to grab a burger and found myself lost trying to find a clean spot to sit. It is extremely busy in the location in my hometown and they provide great customer service and it is very clean.

My overall opinion is I would not go back here to visit when I return for our yearly conference. Overall the food was good, but the beers coming from draft tasted flat, and was not just one kind. I am a cleanliness freak when it comes to restaurants. There was dust an inch think in area's that clearly should have been wiped down behind booths and on the lights above the table, all this was visible from where I was sitting.The restrooms were also not very clean, with stuff on the walls and doors of the stall. If I were management, there are plenty of other jobs they could have been doing to help wait staff out. Overall was not impressed with the service from the wait staff or front host station, There was plenty of people at the host station, and all as they can do is stand around and chat. Had to finally flag someone down for more fries and a drink fill up after a wait. Had to ask an adjoining table for a knife, because we did not get any. She did not even bring our food, someone else did. We were lucky we could get her back to the table to fill up drinks or ask if we needed anything else once the food was brought out. The waiter was at first very attentive, then as it filled up that changed. We decided to sit in the bar area as there was a table available there for 4. It was slightly crowded when we arrived, but nothing too bad. I was right about the burger, but really wrong on the service provided here and cleanliness of the restaurant as a.
